For customers based in the United States or Canada, ad-hoc consultancy starts with a free 15-minute intro call so we can confirm fit and scope. Hourly sessions follow the intake call, with a minimum commitment of 3 hourly sessions. Follow-up sessions are scheduled directly during the intro call.
